 Transport Ticket Options

Save time and buy a 'Moore Park ticket' - this all-in-one ticket includes your return rail journey to Central Station and travel to and from Moore Park on connecting Moore Park Shuttle Buses. Available from most CityRail stations.

CityRail services

Sydney Buses is operating express buses from Central Station to Moore Park so why not purchase a Moore Park ticket from your station for combined train and bus travel to and from the game.

CityRail services are operating to a normal weekend timetable.

Important trackwork information
Upgrading work takes place on CityRail lines on a regular basis and it is sometimes necessary to alter train services or replace train services with buses. Buses are replacing trains on the following line:

Northern Line: Buses replace trains between Hornsby and Strathfield.

Epping to Chatswood rail link: Buses replace trains between Epping and Chatswood.

North Shore Line: Buses replace trains between Berowra and Gordon.

Newcastle & Central Coast Line: Buses replace trains between Newcastle and Central.

Hunter Line: Buses replace trains between Scone and Newcastle and also between Dungog, Telarah and Newcastle.

Sydney Buses

Sydney Buses is running express Route 1 services from Eddy Avenue, Central Station to Moore Park from approximately 10am to 4pm.

Express Route 3 services are operating from 10.35am until 2.45pm from Circular Quay to Moore Park.

Return services are operating from the Moore Park Bus Station (Stand A) to Central and Circular Quay stations, operating from 8.30pm until 11.30pm.

Tickets:  a special event ticket or Moore Park ticket is required for travel on these buses. Special Event Bus return tickets cost $5.60 Adult, $2.80 Concession or $14 for a family; or purchase a Moore Park ticket from your CityRail train station for train and bus travel to and from the game.

Please note that regular tickets (TravelTen, TravelPass, DayTripper and Pensioner Excursion) are not accepted on Special Event buses. However premium tickets (SydneyPass and Explorer) are accepted.

Parking

Fox Studios Australia (entry via Lang Rd); Gold Members Carpark (entry via Driver Ave - Gold Members only). Each carpark has sections for RTA disability permit holders.

On event days, limited parking is also available at Kippax Park (entry via Driver Ave, off Moore Park Rd) and at Moore Park Car Park (at the southern end of Driver Ave, adjacent to the Hordern Pavilion).

Accessibility options

You can find accessible transport options by using the Trip Planner and checking the Easy Access/wheelchair accessible option.  This will ensure that only accessible train platforms, ferry wharves and buses are presented.  Read more about this option.

Customers requiring wheelchair accessible transport through areas affected by trackwork, should contact their local station prior to departure to arrange a low floor bus or other suitable vehicle. Please allow additional time if you require this service.

City Rail

Circular Quay, Wynyard, Town Hall, Central, Bondi Junction and Kings Cross stations are all wheelchair accessible.

Sydney Buses

Almost 50% of State Transit’s fleet are now wheelchair accessible, and each new bus introduced into the fleet will increase the number of wheelchair accessible buses. Features of these buses include wide doors, wide aisles and space for two mobility aides such as wheelchairs, some ride-on scooters and prams or strollers.

Sydney Ferries

The entire Sydney Ferries fleet is wheelchair accessible via one of the 23 wheelchair accessible ferry wharves (pending tidal and safety conditions).
